Our Sales Advisers help customers find their dream home and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, questioning, empathy, product demonstration, and closing skills, to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
Reporting to a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Demonstrating comprehensive local knowledge, including amenities, schools, transport links, and competitors.
2. Understanding our products and pricing thoroughly.
3. Following up effectively on leads to convert inquiries into site visits.
4. Utilizing our sales methodology, schemes, and incentives to close sales.
5. Achieving sales targets aligned with business requirements.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Experience in delivering sales in a service environment such as housebuilding, retail, hospitality, banking, or estate agency.
* Commercial awareness and understanding of the market and competitors.
* Customer-focused approach to maintain the company's reputation.
* Resilience, motivation, and the ability to work under pressure.
* Knowledge of legislation, economic conditions, and technology relevant to sales.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Adaptability to change and a proactive attitude towards growth.
* Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
* Self-motivation and effective work without direct supervision.
* IT literacy and flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and travel at short notice.
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle for business travel.
