Registered Home Manager – New Nursing & Dementia Home Woking, Surrey | Full-Time | Up to £60,000 per annum | Permanent I'm working on behalf of a well-regarded care provider that is looking to appoint a Registered Home Manager for a brand-new service in Woking, currently under construction and due for completion in 3–4 months. The provider operates 12 homes across Surrey, with 2 more due to open soon and plans for further expansion into surrounding areas. They also have active services across complex care, neuro-rehab, mental health, and youth/adult support, in addition to traditional residential and nursing care. About the Role: This is a commissioning role, so the manager will be involved from the pre-opening phase through to full operational responsibility. Key duties will include: Leading the commissioning and registration process Recruiting and developing the home’s team Building local relationships to support referrals and grow occupancy Ensuring compliance and quality standards are embedded from the outset The home will provide 41 beds, specialising in nursing and dementia care. A nursing qualification is preferred but not essential — the provider is open to experienced managers with a strong understanding of operational and regulatory requirements.
