We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in High Wycombe. The successful candidate must have 2 years ' experience as a Property Manager managing their own portfolio of properties. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Benefits: Basic £32,000 - £35,000 Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 4pm Support with ARLA qualification Responsibilities: Tenancy portfolio management of 130 properties Assisting the Lettings team with pre let maintenance advice, compliance and instruction where required Ensuring portfolio compliance at all times and adjusting to new legislation when required Liaise with block management companies on behalf of Landlords where required Co-ordinate/attend a programme of property inspection visits Answer phone calls Register applicants Book appointments Handle deposit returns Responding to tenant issues Ascertaining the correct course of action Liaising with landlords and contractors to arrange quotes Ensuring quote approval is obtained Instructing works Checking works are satisfactorily completed Obtaining and checking invoices Keeping accurate records at all times Proactively managing issues raised through inspections Key Skills: 2 years Property Management experience essential Ability to mediate between landlords, tenants and contractors Ensuring landlords always receive appropriate professional advice in relation to their properties at all stages of the process Ability to remain professional under pressure Diplomacy and negotiation skills Constructive and positive team player Understanding of typical property issues helpful ARLA qualification preferred but not essential Interest in the lettings industry and willingness to learn and adapt to forthcoming changes Evidence of working under own initiative and as part of a team essential Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car Additional Company Information: A well-established independent estate agency with a strong reputation across the local market, known for delivering a high level of customer service and consistent results in both sales and lettings.
