Head of Assessments
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £60k per annum
Start Date: ASAP
I am currently supporting a London-based university who are seeking an experienced Head of Assessments to lead and develop its assessments function during an exciting period of growth.
This is a leadership role with responsibility for managing and growing a team, driving service excellence, and ensuring compliant assessment processes across the institution. The successful candidate will operate confidently across both strategic planning and operational delivery, acting as a key partner to academic and professional services stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
* Significant experience within Higher Education in a similar assessments-focused leadership role
* Proven team management and development experience
* Strong understanding of assessment regulations, governance and best practice
* Competent in working with SRS
* Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on operational delivery
