Here at GXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc., we are seeking a proactive and experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead the safety strategy at our Primark site in Lutterworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, dynamic logistics environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the site is 100% safety compliant, leading the delivery of the site's safety strategy, and providing expert QHSE support to operational teams.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You will be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:30 till 17:00.

Salary up to £48,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What Youll Do On a Typical Day
* Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and standards.
* Lead the creation and execution of the annual site Safety, Health & Environmental Management Improvement Plan.
* Investigate incidents, near misses, and hazards, ensuring root causes are addressed and preventative actions are implemented.
* Manage site safety documentation, audits, and reporting, including insurance and legal compliance.
* Coordinate planned maintenance and ensure full understanding of fire, gas, electrical, and water systems.
What You Need To Succeed At GXO
* Strong, proven experience in a QHSE role, ideally within a fast-paced, complex environment.
* NEBOSH General Certificate or NVQ Level 3 in Health & Safety (essential).
* Proven ability to lead change, manage policies, and deliver training.
* Analytical mindset with strong hazard-spotting and problem‑solving skills.
