Job Description
The Finance Assistant's duties will include but are not limited to:
3. Assist with Purchase Ledger duties, including; processing invoices against orders, managing delivery notes from site, managing invoices from approval, statement reconciliations and payment runs
4. Process sub contractor invoices
5. Bank reconciliations
6. Collating data for the weekly payroll
7. Weekly cash forecast and movement reports
8. Any ad hoc duties as requested
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
9. A strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
10. Prior experience working in finance
11. Experience using financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
12. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
13. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
14. Experience in supporting accounting and finance functions.
