The Role
You’ll transform creative concepts into performance-focused paid social campaigns that make premium brands look editorial while driving real conversion. Taking one concept and rolling it out across 15 ad variations that work inside platform delivery systems while maintaining the elevated aesthetic these brands demand.
Designing static ads with editorial sensibility and strong typographic control, you’ll spend your time directing video editors through production of video ad content, providing precise feedback on pacing, grading and structure, shooting and editing polished phone content and protecting brand visual identity across every asset, understanding that awareness ads require fundamentally different creative approaches than retargeting. Your work goes live within weeks, not months. You'll see your ads in people's feeds and know whether they worked.

Your background spans design foundation with genuine video fluency - you can art direct a carousel that looks editorial and direct video edits that hook in the first second.
