Role Overview
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping students thrive both academically and personally. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing targeted 1:1 support and delivering small group interventions
* Assisting in the planning and delivery of tailored, engaging lessons
* Supporting students' academic, emotional, and social development
* Maintaining accurate records of progress and behaviour
