About the Role
Defence Primary Healthcare (DPHC) is seeking a Band 5 Nurse to join the Primary Health Care team at Halton Medical Centre.
Responsibilities
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary primary healthcare team (MDT) delivering primary healthcare nursing, including elements of occupational health.
* Collaborate with the Senior Practice Nurse or Senior Medical Officer within the medical facility.
* Provide professional assessment, treatment, screening, and advice to patients within your competence and in accordance with DPHC clinical guidelines and protocols.
* Support the networked practice with flexibility to work between Halton Medical Centre and High Wycombe Medical Centre as required.
* Deliver care within full‑time hours of 37.5 hours per week.
