Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operation. This role requires someone confident, organised and comfortable leading people day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure fast, accurate dispatch
2. Lead the team, set expectations and hold people accountable
3. This is a hands-on role - you’ll lead by example, support the team on the floor, and take on picking and packing as part of your day-to-day, especially during busy periods
4. Carry out stock checks, cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
5. Improve workflows, layout and processes to boost efficiency
6. Manage goods-in, goods-out and replenishment
7. Train staff and ensure SOPs are followed
