We are currently recruiting for a Bodyshop Manager to join our Client based in Bridgend. Our Client is offering the successful Bodyshop Manager the Basic Salary of £50,000 & On Target Earnings of £68,000. The hours of work for this Bodyshop Manager role are Monday to Friday (07:30:17:00 – 42.5-hour working week). Benefits: Starting basic salary up to £50,000 per annum, pending experience. Access to a net-profit shared bonus providing up to £18,000 in bonuses per annum based on target achievement. Over-achievement bonuses are uncapped and accelerate based on consistent performance. EV Company car with free on-site charging. 20 days holiday allowance plus the 8 bank holidays, increasing over length of service, capping at 25 days.
