Job Description
3. Full ownership of the UK vehicle solutions business accounts, including monthly production, balance sheet management and cashflow forecasting
4. Strengthen and embed financial controls and procedures to support sustainable growth
5. Identify business risks and deliver monthly control activities
6. Introduce efficient, effective processes through team development and technical enhancements
7. Supervise and support at least two team members
8. Produce and present monthly financial performance analysis to senior stakeholders
9. Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
10. Act as the primary contact for external audit queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
11. ACCA/CIMA Finalist or qualified by experience
12. Logical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills
13. Excellent attention to detail and confident in driving change
14. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
15. Commercially aware with solid technical accounting expertise
16. Comfortable partnering with stakeholders across all levels, including non‑finance colleagues
17. Experience within a fast‑growing, evolving business
18. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
19. Familiarity with Sage, Oracle Financials or similar systems
