Role: Contract Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 + car allowance

My client are the UK's largest independent ground investigation contractor and in light of their expanding portfolio both in the UK and Internationally, they are seeking a Contract Manager to join their team.

Your Role:
* A Blend of Co-ordination, Expertise, and Leadership · Work in tandem with estimators, operations managers, engineers and site staff.
* Manage all aspects of project delivery, including proactive planning, constructing health and safety documentation, and procurement from commencement to final commercial close-out.
* Day-to-day engagement with operational sites to meet client expectations with problem solving where necessary.
* Careful financial management for monitoring, budgeting, projecting and resolving commercial accounts.
* Attend and contribute to critical internal and external meetings.

They Need: Your Expertise and Dedication
* A degree in either an Earth Science related discipline such as Geology, Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or in Construction Management.
* At least two years of post-graduate experience in a site-based, project management or site agent role highly beneficial.
* Excellent communication skills, a team player mindset, and a hardworking nature.
* Strong numerical and written capabilities, with the ability to meet tight deadlines independently.
