Costa is rapidly expanding its use of AI to transform customer and employee experiences, optimise operations, and unlock new value across the business. As an AI Product Manager, you will shape and deliver Costa’s AI product ecosystem, from foundational platforms to high‑impact use cases. Working closely with cross‑functional teams and business stakeholders, you will define vision, drive roadmaps, and ensure scalable, responsible delivery of innovative AI solutions.

What you’ll do
* Set the direction for Costa’s AI future, owning the end‑to‑end roadmap from foundational platforms through to high‑impact, value‑driven use cases.
* Drive AI delivery at pace, partnering closely with business, engineering, data science and security teams to turn ambition into production‑ready solutions.
* Be the connective tissue between technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into clear decisions, trade‑offs and outcomes.
* Help shape and guide enterprise AI architecture, spanning LLMs, foundation models, APIs and agentic AI, primarily across Azure environments.
* Champion Responsible AI, ensuring solutions are safe, scalable and delivered in line with Costa’s Responsible AI framework.
Who you are
* An AI specialist with strong product ways of working and experience delivering AI‑driven products end to end, from discovery through to production.
* Strategically fluent in AI and GenAI architectures, including LLMs, foundation models, APIs, agentic AI and platform integration patterns.
* Comfortable operating in Azure‑based ecosystems, with understanding of tools such as Copilot Studio, environment management and production publishing.
* Highly confident communicating with senior stakeholders and non‑technical audiences, shaping direction, alignment and decision‑making.
* Outcome‑focused and comfortable prioritising effectively and driving delivery.

Location – Where you’ll work
Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in‑person time whenever it matters most – whether that’s a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas.
We’re excited to be moving into a new home for our brand in St Albans in January 2027 – an inspiring space from which our Support Centre teams will work three days a week to connect and collaborate in‑person to bring our bold ambition to life.
