Black Country Healthcare is looking for enthusiastic nurses in Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall, and Wolverhampton who will provide compassionate, person-centred care to adults experiencing mental health difficulties. We offer rapid assessment and short-term intensive treatment in order to support individuals and their family/carers during a mental health crisis.
Through a recovery approach, we aim to prevent hospital admission or facilitate discharge from hospital.
We follow a multidisciplinary team approach, consisting of nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, non-medical prescribers, occupational therapists, and support time recovery workers. Our teams are extremely supportive as you grow into the role. We value great teamwork, which is at the heart of our service.
BCHFT CRHT is always seeking ambitious, capable individuals who share our passion for making a difference.
Are you a passionate mental health nurse eager to make a real difference to individuals and their families? Do you want to play an essential part in a person's recovery journey? If so, working with the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team could be for you!
At Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, we are building a high-calibre, diverse, and inclusive mental health workforce. We aim to give talented professionals like you the opportunity to shape an outstanding service that will transform community mental healthcare and improve lives across our communities.
The Trust is rated 'Good' by the CQC (Care Quality Commission) and will become the lead provider for mental health services across The Black Country. We have recently invested in new clinical divisions and are developing innovative models of integrated primary and secondary care for adults and older adults, alongside a comprehensive inpatient strategy, working to eradicate dormitories and build new facilities.
This ambitious, multi-agency, multidisciplinary model encourages collaborative and flexible working with partners, service users, carers, and their families.
The Trust offers flexible working arrangements, opportunities for development and training, regular supervision, and annual personal development reviews.
