Location: Remote| Salary: £32,000–£35,000 Uncapped Commission (OTE £40,000)

About the Role
The Trade Team Leader will manage a team of 7 (6 Account Managers, 1 Customer Service) and oversee the day-to-day running of the Trade Sales department. You'll be responsible for team leadership, process improvements, operational oversight, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Trade Sales team, running 1:1s and team check-ins
* Act as first point of escalation and ensure smooth daily operations
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Support sales and customer management, including cover during absences
* Monitor performance and contribute to reporting and operational insight

Requirements / Skills
* Leadership experience within sales or trade environments
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Process-driven, customer-focused, and commercially aware
* IT literate and confident managing a remote/hybrid team
* Trade or KBB experience preferred but not essential
