IFM Coordinator (Integrated Facilities Management)
We're working with a true leader in research, development, and innovation, and we're are looking for a IFM Coordinator (Integrated Facilities Management) to join their team.
This global technology powerhouse invests heavily into R&D to make huge technological advancements in various sectors and is considered a top global employer.
For this role, you will be working with management by working on a variety of office facilities tasks and also project management. You will be carrying out supplier/contractor communications, contract management, communications with site teams, assiting with tenants management, lease contract management, working with project managers, assisting the supplier management and a variety of office/facilities tasks.
This is a 12 month PAYE contract, full time position and there may be extensions available.
This is a full time PAYE contract position to be based on-site in Cambridge.
For this IFM Coordinator position, I'm interested in speaking to people with the following:
- Previous experience as an IFM Coordinator/Assistant
- Supplier management or team management experience
- Good organisational and MS office skills
