Your new role
As an Operational Resilience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamlesspliance with the FCA operational resilience PS21/3 regulation. Your responsibilities include assisting with the transition process, coordinating documentation, supporting business unit OR planners, and facilitating training and awareness exercises. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the OR Manager to develop suitable metrics for KPI reporting on business unit operational resilience.
