<div><h3>Lochgelly Support Practitioners</h3><p>Full time contracts available.</p><p>A pay approach that recognises your value - from day one and beyond.</p><p>At Ark, all Support Practitioners are paid at least the Real Living Wage, currently £13.45 per hour (£25,947.47 pro rata).</p><p>After successfully completing your probation period, your hourly rate increases to £13.75 (£26,526.23 pro rata).</p><p>We recognise the responsibility of this role, and have chosen to build in a clear and guaranteed pay progression - reflecting the commitment, skill and consistency it takes to do this job well.</p><p>The Lochgelly service currently provides care to 10 supported people who live in Lochgelly and the surrounding areas.</p><p>Some people live in their own homes while others stay with their families.</p><p>Getting to know the people we support is at the heart of what we do, working with them to learn about how they want us to support them. Support can range from a walk round Loch Ore Meadows, help with finances, a cup of tea at the Lochgelly centre, shopping, helping with personal care or going to bingo. There are regular get‑togethers in the community for people to meet and enjoy themselves.</p><p>Shifts can range from 3 hours to 16 hours over 7 days. There are good travel links in and around Lochgelly with local bus routes and a train station.
