The Role - Full-time, permanent contract - 5 days out of 7 (straight shifts, mix of early & late) - Run your own section with autonomy and creativity - Prepare à la carte, tasting menus, afternoon teas and events for up to 120 covers - Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, stock control and presentation About You - Minimum 2 years’ experience as CDP in a quality fresh-food kitchen (rosette/4* standard preferred) - Strong knowledge of classical and modern techniques - Calm under pressure, excellent team player - Passion for local, sustainable ingredients - Level 2 Food Safety (or willing to obtain) What We Offer - Salary : £33,000 per annum - Service charge : typically £4,000–£6,000 p.a.
