We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leisure Club Supervisor to join our team. As a Leisure Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the leisure club, ensuring that our guests receive the best possible experience.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day operations, managing staff schedules, maintaining club quality, and ensuring all equipment and facilities are in good working order and tidy.
* Provide leadership and direction to staff, motivating and engaging them in their roles.
* Deliver excellent customer service, addressing guests’ concerns or complaints.
* Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new members.
* Conduct regular staff meetings to keep all members informed of club policies and procedures.
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines, safeguarding the wellbeing of guests and staff.
* Assist with recruitment and training of new staff members.
* Provide support with cleaning as required.
* Provide reports to the Leisure Club Manager on club performance and guest feedback.

Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience working in a leisure club or similar environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Good understanding of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
* Team‑player attitude.
* Flexible and adaptable, willing to work evenings and weekends if required.
