Your Role: As a HLTA, you’ll be a vital part of the school’s teaching and learning team. You’ll collaborate with teachers and senior leaders to deliver engaging lessons, support pupils across various key stages, and contribute to a positive learning environment. Key Duties: Lead whole-class teaching in the absence of the teacher Deliver small group interventions and targeted support Assist with lesson planning, assessments, and classroom organisation Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 Foster an inclusive and encouraging classroom atmosphere Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families What We’re Looking For: HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a primary setting Confident in leading learning across the primary age range Strong behaviour management and communication skills Experience supporting pupils with diverse learning needs, including SEN Flexible, proactive, and collaborative approach Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
