A look into the role
As a Manager, you will:
* Ensure efficient completion of quality tax returns and deliver excellent client service.
* Drive team productivity, delegate tasks, and organize work to maximize efficiency.
* Contribute to departmental management, lead projects, and report to senior management.
* Review complex tax returns, identify opportunities for advisory work, and convert them into billable work.
* Develop your skills and maintain high standards within our private tax function.
* Build an internal network within the tax department and across the firm.

You need a professional qualification (ATT or CTA) and experience in private client compliance. Skills that are beneficial include:
* Strong technical knowledge and experience handling complex personal tax affairs.
