Responsibilities
* Support a designated client portfolio, act as the first point of contact, build strong relationships, and assist with queries as they arise.
* Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to sales through relationship-building with clients.
Qualifications
* Some experience of the Insurance Industry is essential; the rest is about you as a person.

* Be proactive, use your initiative, and show entrepreneurial spirit.
* Willingness to learn and be curious; opportunities to gain qualifications that will enhance your career (e.g., CII or ACII).
* Confidence to work with clients both on the phone and face to face; some experience in customer service is important.
