Engineering Lecturer – Motor, Electrical or Mechanical
Full‑time, 37 hours per week (some remote work).
Responsibilities
* Teach and assess engineering apprentices and students at levels 1‑3.
* Work closely with engineering students to shape their future.
* Connect with students of all abilities to bring out their best.
Qualifications
* Relevant Engineering qualifications (Degree, Level 3 or equivalent).
* DBS check (and ongoing service).
* Extensive industry experience and knowledge.
* CAVA Level 3 Assessor qualification.
* Knowledge of the Apprenticeship Standards and Smart‑Assessor e‑portfolio system (beneficial).
* Prepared to work toward an Assessor and Verification award (e.g., TAQA, A1 or V1).
* Minimum Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English or equivalent.
