The Role: You will be responsible for managing a full and varied caseload of private client matters, including but not limited to: Drafting wills, including more complex estate planning matters Administering estates, including taxable and non-taxable estates Probate applications and advising executors and beneficiaries Creation and administration of trusts Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney Advising on inheritance tax and estate planning issues The caseload is already established and includes a number of complex and high-value matters, so the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities is essential.
