We are now seeking an Entry-Level Trades Assistant to join our Perth team. This role is perfect for someone beginning their career in the trades industry who enjoys hands-on work, has mechanical aptitude, and is eager to learn.

Your Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will learn and develop skills across both the workshop and warehouse teams. You’ll gain practical experience in hose assembly, component preparation, and general warehouse duties such as receiving, packing, and dispatch. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build valuable trade skills while working in a supportive team dedicated to your growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting other people with basic tasks in hose assembly and workshop operations
* Learning to select, prepare, and move parts and components as required
* Performing general warehouse duties, including unpacking, packing, storage, and dispatch
* Picking and preparing orders for shipment with accuracy
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
What we prefer
* Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn hands-on skills
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills
* Team player with good communication skills
* Previous experience in a warehouse, trades, or hands-on role (desirable)
* Valid forklift license (desirable)
