What You’ll Do:
* Reverse engineer RF systems to uncover vulnerabilities and enhance performance
* Design and develop DSP algorithms for real-time signal processing and SDR platforms
* Contribute to payload development for secure and future-proof communications systems
* Collaborate across hardware, software, and RF engineering teams
* Support lab testing, field trials, and system validation
What You Bring:
* Proven experience with DSP algorithms, signal modulation/demodulation, and RF analysis
* Proficiency in Python, C/C++, and DSP development tools
* Hands-on knowledge of SDR platforms (e.g. GnuRadio)
* Background in R&D and real-world testing of complex RF systems
* Understanding of digital communication protocols and signal exploitation techniques
* Candidates must be willing and eligible to go through high level security clearance checks
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with FPGAs (e.g. RFSoC), VHDL/Verilog
* Familiarity with Linux, GitLab, and collaborative DevOps environments
* Prior work in defence, intelligence, or covert communications systems
