LOCATION: Predominantly a home:based role, butyou should be comfortable with commuting to different locations to facilitate and deliver training courses in the UK with the potential to travel internationally.

JOB DESCRIPTION: L and D Coordinator, Trainer
Reporting to our Head of Learning, Development and Projects, and communicating directly with our key clients and customers, you will need to be flexible with commuting to different locations to facilitate and deliver face to face training courses in the UK, and potentially internationally.
The requirements for this can vary, but you should be able to accommodate a couple of days a month on average. Whilst no two days will look the same, your responsibilities will include:
A Creation of new courses for our e:learning library to fill education gaps and programmes bespoke to client and business needs.
A Sourcing best practice and new to market functionalities of current software and investigating alternatives on the market.
A Staying current with e:learning trends.
A Continued development of our training academy and current courses.
A Managing client seat groups, course allocation and specific client requests, ensuring overall client satisfaction.
A Reviewing current course material, updating where required and offering suggestions for improvement., internal skill gap analysis and employee progression review and development.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: L and D Coordinator / Trainer
As our L and D Coordinator / Trainer, youll have demonstrable experience of working in an e:learning role previously, with knowledge of software and design e:learning tools. You dont have to have experience in our specific industry : were committed to teaching you everything you need to know. Whats most important is, youll be pro:active and not afraid to make decisions.
As a team we all chip in where needed and we work collaboratively. You will have demonstrable experience in:
A Designing and developing e:learning content, including bespoke programmes tailored to client and business needs.
A Managing client training groups, course allocations, and handling specific client requests efficiently.
A Providing excellent client support, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a high:quality learning experience.
A Working awareness of WCAG requirements.
