As one of our Warehouse Team Leaders, your goal will be to run the warehouse with the management team and support our team members in operating the warehouse, ensuring this it to a high standard.
Responsibilities
1. Picking our Dobbies online orders and ensuring they are ready for Click and Collect
2. Following a pick list to ensure all items are picked accurately, without damage and are ready for delivery.
3. Unloading deliveries safely, checking incoming stock for damage, racking away, and arranging items correctly.
4. Maintaining the housekeeping of the warehouse and yard, ensuring it is kept safe and tidy.
5. Supporting and coaching other members of staff, including management in absence.
6. You will also work on the shopfloor and other areas of the store as and when required, this may include take to car deliveries, stock control routines, assisting with heavy lifting– an ideal opportunity to gain more skills and experience.
7. Some key holder responsibilities may also be required.

9. You are computer literate and have strong planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
10. Supervisory experience would be advantageous.
11. Previous warehouse experience would be an advantage however not essential as full training will be given. Supervisory experience would also be advantageous.
12. You work well within a team, builds relationships, and have fun, whilst celebrating success.?
13. You show up to work on time, well presented and bring your can do and hardworking attitude along with you.
14. You are eager to learn new skills and gain new experiences.
15. You flourish in a busy, fast-paced environment.
