ASA Recruitment is currently hiring experienced Support Workers to join sheltered housing services across Inverclyde and surrounding areas. These roles offer regular, ongoing work with flexible shifts and the potential for permanent positions.
As a Support Worker, you will play a key part in providing compassionate, person-centred care to residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering care in line with tailored support plans
Administering medication safely and accurately
Supporting personal care and hygiene needs
Assisting at mealtimes and promoting healthy routines
Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing
Helping maintain a safe, clean living environment
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a care or support setting
A compassionate, proactive, and caring attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dependability and the ability to work on your own initiative
A current PVG certificate or willingness to apply
