Location: Remote with adhoc site visits to Reading when required\n\nDuration: 6-12 months (mat leave cover)\n\nRate: £58ph UMB (Inside IR35)\n\nRole details: \n\nOur client, a leading defence & aerospace company, are looking for an Organisational Interface Manager to support their programme in the deployment/delivery of courseware and media.\n\nThe Manager will develop strategies and solutions to address identified challenges to the delivery of courseware and media. You will work with the Programme Manager and other team leaders to ensure that courseware and media developed in the Programme can be delivered across the Customer training estate and the Customer's learning environment (LE) Learning Management System (LMS).\n\nThe role will require the OIM to make site visits and establish relationships with system owners across the Customer training estate to ensure potential challenges to the delivery of training C&M developed by the programme are identified and addressed.\n\nMain Duties to include:\n\nWork as a member of a team responsible for the analysis, design and production of DSAT C&M for delivery across our Customer's training sites and organisations.\nWork with the customer and the customer's agents and suppliers to identify the technical data required to enable delivery of programme.\nLiaise with SME's across a range of organisations to collate required technical data, participate in internal workshops to discuss and agree findings from analysis.\nDevelop and lead in the implementation of delivery solutions, (e.g. IT and infrastructure) to enable the delivery of programme Coureware and Media.\nAudit and ensure that the programme IT infrastructure is aligned to our Customer's delivery policies and systems, identify and implement any required IT infrastructure solutions necessary to deliver C&M.\nBe 'Responsible for championing and fostering a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement'.\nAny other duties required to complete the CMDC Training Service.
\n\nWhat we are looking for in you:\n\nExcellent communication skills at all levels, internally and within the customer organisation.\nThe ability to build and maintain effective working relationships, internally and with a range of external stakeholders.\nProactive research skills to establish a comprehensive understanding of IT system requirements.\nAn understanding of the creation and integration of IT infrastructure systems on prem and distributed.\nExperienced and capable of working within a team.\nExperience in the installation and implementation of IT systems on prem and distributed \n\nShould have some experience of:\n\nAn understanding of complex IT infrastructure used in the delivery of modern training, on prem, LE and other LMS.\nExperience in the design of IT systems for the networked delivery of training solutions.\n Apply today via the link provided
