Position Overview We have an exceptional opportunity for a Part Time Senior Sales Professional to join our brand new store opening in Cannock -Midlands As a Senior Sales associate, you'll represent Ralph Lauren's timeless elegance and luxury while delivering exceptional client experiences. Part time role offering 28 hours per week Essential Duties & Responsibilities WHAT YOU’LL DO Business Client Development Support the sales team in absence of manager(s) to ensure an extraordinary customer experience to maximise sales and commercial opportunities in store and via out-reach Communicate, engage and energise the team to maximise performance using service metrics Leadership & Engagement Support Support the manager(s) creating an inclusive working environment with a customer-first culture Support the team using service metrics in absence of manager(s) to deliver sales and profit results Support the manager(s) developing the team product knowledges and selling culture Operations Uphold & coach brand standards and brand presentation Communicate product and customer feedback to buyers & manager(s) and coordinate marketing initiatives and price changes Experience, Skills & Knowledge WHO YOU ARE Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player Experience in a premium/luxury environment with proven management abilities Excellent organisational and communication skills with in-depth brand and product knowledges
