The installer will represent the company professionally, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a high standard of service delivery.
What’s The Role
* Review job packs, risk assessments, and method statements before starting work.
* Conduct vehicle, equipment, and PPE checks to ensure safety and compliance.
* Travel to site safely and on time, wearing correct PPE and company uniform.
* Liaise professionally with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues on-site.
* Carry out dynamic risk assessments and work in line with all health and safety procedures.
* Deliver works to required standards, timescales, and client expectations.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment throughout the job.
* Complete job sheets, timesheets, and digital records accurately using company systems (e.g., easyjob).
* Report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly and appropriately.
* Participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and ongoing training as required.
* Use and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment responsibly.
* Communicate clearly and professionally at all times, representing the company positively.
* Support the development of team members through knowledge sharing and on-the-job guidance.

* Have a full UK driving licence
* Happy to stay away from home a few times a month
