Responsibilities
Providing note-taking support to students with disabilities or mental health conditions. Your duties include:
* Producing accurate, legible notes for lectures, seminars, tutorials, and group tasks
* Reviewing notes at the end of lectures to ensure they are accessible for students
* Maintaining a professional relationship with students at all times
* Acting in the best interests of learners while adhering to institutional policies and procedures
Collaborate closely with Randstad to meet individual student needs and address concerns promptly. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism, sharing relevant information with Randstad to ensure optimal support.
Requirements
* Excellent typing skills
* Strong spelling and grammar skills
* Punctuality and reliability
* Ability to work quickly under time constraints
* Good organizational skills
* Excellent time management skills
Successful candidates will undergo a telephone assessment, a typing test, and an interview to assess suitability.
