Key Responsibilities
* Act as the vital link between the kitchen and Front of House team, ensuring seamless service.
* Lead and manage a team to deliver outstanding customer service each shift.
* Support training, performance management and career development for staff.
* Promote health and safety standards and help meet business targets.
