Engagement, Culture & Employee Experience** Lead and support ANI engagement and culture initiatives that foster inclusivity, psychological safety, connection, and a positive employee experience.Determine measurement needs, perform analysis, and contribute to the development of measurement strategies aligned with Inclusive Diversity programs, services, and initiativesEnsure programs create meaningful, measurable social impact and strengthen ANI’s role as a responsible, values‐driven employer. **Essential Skills:** A minimum 4 years’ experience delivering diversity, inclusion, culture, or employee engagement programmes within a mediumDemonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders (e.g., managers, senior managers, or ERG/EIG leads) to drive programme participation or adoption. Experience having partnered with at least three crossExperience interpreting employee engagement feedback and diversity data to build targeted initiatives and interventions to deliver strategic objectives. Experience guiding, influencing and managing employee networks to celebrate our inclusive culture enabling all employees to feel that they belong and can thrive**Desirable Skills:** Experience leading teams with consistent operational boundaries, strong governance, and cohesive delivery across multiple groups. Experience supporting cultural transformation.
