Project Manager - Infrastructure
Location: Beverley, East Ridings
Responsibilities
* Create and maintain a knowingly safe working environment, ensuring full compliance with CDM and all relevant legislation.
* Lead the planning, preparation and delivery of the scheme throughout the full project lifecycle.
* Manage design engagement and collaborative workshops to achieve safe, buildable and efficient solutions.
* Select, onboard and lead high-performing project teams and supply chain partners.
* Oversee commercial performance, managing cost, risk, change and profitability.
* Establish and manage site setup, temporary works and regulatory compliance prior to commencement.
* Drive innovation, continuous improvement and performance reporting.
* Lead, motivate and develop teams to ensure high-quality delivery to programme, budget and scope.
