Senior HR Business Partner – UK Real Estate (London Region)
Our client is looking for a strategic, commercially minded HR leader to drive the People agenda across a fast‑paced Project Management team.
In this role, you will:
* Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver the People strategy
* Provide trusted, commercially focused HR advice
* Lead end‑to‑end TUPE processes
* Use data and insights to influence decision‑making
* Deliver People projects and change initiatives
* Oversee talent and succession planning
* Produce high‑quality people reporting and analysis

What you’ll bring:
* Ideally HR CIPD 5 or 7 preferred
* 5 Years + in a Senior HRBP experience in a generalist role
* Solid HRBP experience gained within the infrastructure industry.
* Background in fast‑paced, matrixed environments
This is a hybrid role, 3 days in their city office with 2 days working from home.
