Customer Team Leader
Location: High Street, Llandovery, SA20 0RA
Pay: £13.65 per hour
Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, 12-month temporary, part-time
Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends, to be discussed at interview.

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales.
We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll help lead the store team—coaching and supervising Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager, and performing various store tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages.

* Provide friendly, helpful service, managing the store and handling challenging situations
* Develop your team through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture
* Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and operational
* Manage stock accuracy and diligence checks to enhance shopping experience
* Support the store manager and lead HR processes
* Introduce new products and services, encouraging team feedback
* Build relationships and support local community initiatives
