About the role
Booker Group is hiring an IT Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves technical support, service management, and team collaboration. You will handle escalated issues, manage workloads, and ensure SLA adherence, working closely with Infrastructure, Networks, and Service Desk teams.
Responsibilities include
* Following change management procedures and ensuring system security.
* Adhering to company policies including financial, health, and safety protocols.
* Resolving technical and procedural issues, escalating as needed.
* Ensuring disaster recovery plans are tested and risks are managed.
* Maintaining compliance with IT supplier contracts and licensing.
* Promoting diversity and inclusion.
* Identifying and resolving issues impacting system stability and functionality.
* Prioritizing and resolving issues promptly.
* Specifying system enhancements, testing software, and managing deficiencies.
* Producing management reports and providing end-user training.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes and system utilization.
* Delivering system improvements and projects supporting company growth.
* Managing projects within budget and timeline, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
* Working with suppliers for value and effective solutions.
* Managing mobile device administration and equipment spares.
* Monitoring KPIs and generating reports.

Minimum requirements
* Understanding of Android and iOS mobile & tablet devices.
* Knowledge of mobile device management systems.
* Technical project management and service management skills.
* Results-oriented with troubleshooting, testing, and repair skills.
* Strong relationship-building abilities with stakeholders.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Adaptability to change and a proactive attitude.
