Are you passionate about education and fluent in Welsh? Looking to gain classroom experience or develop your teaching career? Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisors to work in our partnered Welsh Medium Secondary Schools across Newport and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and deliver pre-set lessons across various subjects and age groups.
* Maintain classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Support students' learning while ensuring a safe and productive classroom environment.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain continuity in learning.
* Be a positive role model and promote high standards of engagement and focus.

Who We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from individuals with:
* A degree in a secondary subject (ideal for recent graduates).
* Experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar front-of-class role.
* Background in youth work, sports coaching, or mentoring.
* Experience as a Teaching Assistant looking to progress in education.
* Primary educators seeking secondary school experience.
