As our TikTok Shop Lead Strategist, you will be the driving force behind some of the fastest-scaling DTC brands in the world. With full ownership of performance and a pod at your side, you will architect and execute growth strategies that take brands from great to unbeatable on TikTok Shop.
This is not a side-channel role. This is an opportunity to build household names on the most disruptive commerce platform of our time.
What You’ll Own
• Full P&L ownership across TikTok Shop, including revenue, margins, and growth
• End-to-end growth playbooks across creative, affiliate, LIVE, and paid strategies
• Leadership of a pod including affiliate coordinators, media buyers, and creative strategists
• Creator ecosystem building, including recruiting, briefing, and scaling high-performing creators
• A promotions engine to run campaigns, flash sales, and viral product drops
• Weekly client leadership, including insights, roadmap updates, and strategic recommendations
• Daily shop excellence, including listings, approvals, optimisations, and campaign setups
• Performance analysis to monitor GMV, ROAS, CVR, and pivot quickly with data-backed decisions
• Trend leadership, including algorithm shifts, beta features, and early adopter advantages
• Collaboration with senior leadership to scale agency-wide strategy and processes

Requirements
• 5+ years in e-commerce, performance marketing, or marketplace growth roles
• Proven track record of revenue scaling in an agency or performance-driven environment
• Experience managing TikTok Shop or platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or Flip
• Strong background in creator partnerships, affiliate campaigns, and UGC strategy
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead both client and team discussions
• Strong analytical instincts with a data-first approach to decision making
• Familiarity with TikTok Seller Center, Google Sheets, Airtable, Slack, Klaviyo (bonus)
• Passion for TikTok culture, social commerce, and emerging trends
