About You
As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skills, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our Residents during a vulnerable time, guiding and supporting them in life-changing decisions—an incredibly rewarding aspect of the role.

You will be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months’ experience in Health or Social Care, a valid Pin number, and a commitment to your profession according to NMC standards.

You will have a passion to mentor and share your knowledge with colleagues, providing support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students. You will understand the importance of effective communication, both verbally and written, and role model professional behaviors.

You will advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care for residents and their families.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. It’s important that you can recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training suitable for their role and undertake additional training as needed. You should be able to seek advice and escalate concerns appropriately.
