What you'll be doing
• Coordinating bid and PQQ submissions — keeping things accurate, timely, and well presented • Reviewing contract portals and identifying new opportunities • Owning external enquiries and being first point of contact with prospects • Liaising with internal subject matter experts to gather and check submission content • Submitting PQQs and supporting tender proposals with the senior team • Keeping CRM tools (like HubSpot) updated and accurate • Assisting with marketing tasks — from content creation to social media posts • Raising purchase orders, booking meetings, and general team support
What you'll need • Confident communicator across all levels, internal and external • Strong time management and organisation skills — you'll need both • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office • GCSEs A*–C in English and Maths • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable juggling tasks • Previous experience in bids, sales support or coordination Send over what you've got — even if your CV isn't up to date.
