Facilities Apprentice/ Office Support Assistant (Apprenticeship Opportunity)

Salary £22,200 per annum
Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
Full Time, 37 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
What You’ll Be Doing
Are you organised, proactive, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly? In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our office operations, ensuring our Head Office and satellite sites are clean, safe, and well maintained. You’ll work closely with colleagues in Health & Safety, Facilities, and Governance, gaining hands-on experience in office management while building valuable skills in administration, health & safety, and facilities management.
This is also a fantastic opportunity to undertake professional training in Health & Safety, Business Administration, or Facilities Management (up to Level 6). Plus, there’s an optional choice of apprenticeship qualificationthat is relevant to this opportunity giving you flexibility and skills that will boost your career for years to come.
* Supporting smooth day-to-day office operations, including stock management, equipment upkeep, and general administration.
* Handling governance tasks with strongattention to detail, includingDESARS, Data Access Requests (GDPR).
* Managing post, couriers, stationery, kitchen supplies, and other office essentials.
* Supporting service contracts and ensuring repairs are completed promptly.
* Assisting with administration across multiple areas and teams.
* Providing First Aid and Fire Marshal support (training provided).
* Delivering hospitality for meetings and senior leadership events.
Skills & Experience You’ll Gain

* Exposure tomulti-tasking across admin and governance functions.

What We’re Looking For
* An organised, proactive, and detail-focused approach to work.
* Interest or experience inadministration, customer service, leadership, property management, or office management.
* Confidence in building relationships with people from different backgrounds.
* Good level ofEnglish and Maths, with solid IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Willingness to work on-site 5 days per week.
* Positive attitude and a commitment to learning.
