Duties
* Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair tasks on a variety of vehicles to high standards.
* Conduct MOT testing in accordance with DVSA guidelines.
* Assist in diagnosing faults and delivering first‑time fix solutions.
* Support the team as an MOT Technician by embracing continuous training and adapting to new automotive technologies.
* Work collaboratively within a professional, supportive workshop environment.
* Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and manufacturer standards.
Requirements
* Level 3 City & Guilds / NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
* Proven experience as an MOT Technician and Vehicle Technician, ideally within a main dealer environment.
* DVSA MOT Testing certification (desirable but not essential).
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
* Full UK driving licence and own tools.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to training and development.
