YOUR MISSIONS As a Senior Workday Consultant, you will work closely with client teams, leading functional areas, and driving the scope, definition, and delivery of tailored Workday solutions. You will be a key team member responsible for implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global clients, building strong relationships to understand their needs. You will coach junior consultants and participate in pre-sales activities. You may be involved in every phase of a Workday HCM implementation, taking roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Designer, Tester, and Trainer. Your participation in projects can also lead to the development and enhancement of our service offerings to grow our business. A high level of flexibility is required, including willingness to travel to client sites or attend global events. YOUR PROFILE Deep knowledge of Human Capital Management. Experience in implementing technology-enabled HR solutions. Ability to challenge and design HR solutions aligned with client expectations. Skills to translate client requirements into configuration options. Experience in facilitating workshops, writing design documents, conducting user acceptance testing, and providing end-user training. Proven ability to facilitate customer workshops and prepare documentation and presentations. Familiarity with Workday Methodology to ensure solutions meet customer needs. Excellent team player with a positive attitude—able to lead and support project teams. Ability to lead design workshops and ensure quality standards. Participation in sales activities and providing input for work estimates. Effective prioritization and time management skills. Ability to work independently and supervise others. Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus. Experience with at least 10 complete Workday project lifecycles is preferred. Workday Core HCM certification is required.
