To succeed as a Technical Analyst, you should have experience with:

* Experience working within an Agile methodology.

Accountabilities
* Analyze business problems and client requirements requiring change.
* Develop business requirements to address these problems and opportunities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs.
* Support the creation of business cases for proposed solutions.
* Conduct feasibility studies to assess solution viability.
* Report on project progress, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
* Design operational and process frameworks to deliver solutions within scope.
* Support change management activities, including developing traceability matrices for successful implementation.
