Initially, you'll participate in a virtual classroom orientation, followed by hands-on training at a branch office, where you'll learn valuable business skills from experienced mentors, including our current CEO. This ground-up approach ensures a comprehensive understanding of our business and your role in its success. Our promote-from-within culture provides a well-rounded training experience in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.
As you progress, more opportunities will open up. Many of our employees advance within our Rental Operations managerial track, with some becoming Branch Managers within two years of joining. Alternatively, you can explore other areas such as Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, or Marketing.

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll gain responsibility for developing new business, maintaining client relationships, understanding cost control, and reading P&L statements to run a profitable branch. You will learn to deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively, influence, and build relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues. You will also develop skills in mentoring, training, managing, and promoting staff, with opportunities for pay increases and promotions based on your development.
* Bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience may be considered as an alternative.
